We will welcome Kumiko Shindo, the leading authority on Fusae Ichikawa studies who recently published 'A Biographical Study of Fusae Ichikawa', and ask her about what she wanted to convey to readers through her research on Fusae Ichikawa, the most prominent postwar politician to come from Aichi Prefecture. The interviewer will be journalist Keiko Yamamoto, a former NHK commentator.
In front of Lbio, right next to the Kita Library in Kita Ward, Nagoya, there will be a pop-up sale of zines, used books, and miscellaneous goods. I was invited and decided to join at the last minute — so grateful!! My new zine, "Grandparents' House", is a story about a stigmatized property set in my real grandfather's house. I'm happy that the true ghost story "Unknown" seems to be popular at Lbio... I'll bring that one too! I'll also bring some of my back issues. I'll be bringing lots of handmade items — book pouches and other pieces that should be great for spring and summer — so if you're nearby, please stop by!
ZINE "Me and the War" and a supplement set A5 size 32 pages Through this wordless picture book, I prepared myself to put an end to war. I created it hoping for a world where children are not killed by war, and with the wish that this world might move even one or two steps in a better direction.

Started writing tanka in 2024. Born in Ichikawa, Chiba Prefecture; currently living in Kasugai, Aichi Prefecture. A member of the Nakatsugawa group commonly known as the “Yuruyuru” uta-kai and of Toi Fleur in Sapporo. Recently I shaved my head, and people around me have been taken aback.
We will welcome Daiji Kawanaka, a reporter who has attracted attention as a journalist for the Japan Junior High School Newspaper, and hear his thoughts on citizens and politics.
▼I discovered ZINE in spring 2025, During the six months from summer to winter I produced five zines and took part in 10 events. ▼I have so many things I want to do — I constantly put 'I want to do something!' into words and share it daily. ▼I launched the web media 'Moyamoyamo'. 📍Nagoya┃ZINE production┃note┃ENFP

I create horror fiction as zines
This is a talk event where book lovers Henri Ohara and Ruko talk at length about their love of reading. Enjoy the conversation between the two, who read widely across genres. After the event there will be a signing session with both of them.
I am exploring methods for representing fields at the intersection of quantum mechanics and animism.
This zine collects the subtle differences found among ostensibly identical items. We observe those differences—different shapes but the same contents—through photographs and sketches. It also covers subjects ranging from urban structures to food, experimenting with layouts that unsettle the sense of scale.
