On the day before a birthday, I make the sponge that becomes the base for a shortcake. I let it rest for a day so the fluffy texture becomes moist, then spread whipped cream and arrange the fruit. Only I in my family can make that base, so I bake it with a sense of responsibility. This work records that process in detail, like a report. At the end there is a recipe for the shortcake sponge (so far, no failures!) Size: A6 Pages: 31 Thickness: 4 mm Handmade saddle-stitched binding
Advance registration is required to participate. Please sign up using the form at the URL. At "Stories We Create Together" — Book Cafe & Bar Yorimichi. Bookstore: we will hold a ZINE production work session in this book-filled space for book lovers. Why not work while enjoying a drink in a relaxed atmosphere? We will also offer a mini-lecture for those who are new to making ZINEs or who have made them before but want to learn more. If you're unsure where to start, we'll support you from the step of clarifying what kind of ZINE you want to make, so please feel free to join us.
