“murrma” is a word from the Wagiman people, an Indigenous group in Australia, meaning 'to search for something underwater using only the feet.'
Searching by relying solely on the sensations of the feet, without using hands or eyes, may resemble an act of sharpening one’s senses toward stories that tend to be overlooked.

murrma's main themes are environmental issues and human rights.
We approach social issues, which can become rigid, with a gentle mind.
