"murrma" is a word from the Wagiman people, Indigenous Australians, meaning "to search in the water using only the feet."
Searching without using hands or eyes, relying only on the feet's sensations, might be similar to an act of sharpening one's senses toward stories that tend to be overlooked.

The main themes of murrma are environmental issues and human rights.
We approach social issues that can become rigid with a soft, open mind.
