Koji Fujisaka

Born in 1958 in Kure, Hiroshima Prefecture. After graduating from university he joined a local bookstore in Hiroshima, Futaba Tosho, and later moved to Maruzen Co., Ltd., working in Fukuoka, Kyoto, Nagoya and Tokyo. He then transferred to Kaiseisha, a publisher of children’s books, where he was assigned to the sales department. After retiring at age 60, he worked as a contract employee at the Library Distribution Center (Toshokan Ryutsu Center), serving as director (chief) of Nagoya City Shidami Library (a designated-management library) from 2020 and concurrently as director of Nagoya City Moriyama Library from 2023.
