  • Can I see the number or names of people who followed me?

    No. Instead, each time someone follows or taps you, one line is added to the "Message recipients". Who followed you is not shown to the other person or to Zindies.

  • What is 'Tayori'?

    'Tayori' is the name used when the activity of creators or shops is delivered to people who follow them or who have tapped a card. Items such as diaries, new events or works, open days, and announcements are grouped and delivered tailored to each recipient.

  • I can't find the work when I search for it.

    "Add creations to the shelf" only shows creations that creators registered on Zindies have made public. If a creation does not come up, the creator may not have registered it on Zindies yet. In that case, the quickest way is to ask the creator to register it. Creations the creator keeps private do not come up here either. If you would like to add one, ask the creator in a Contact Note whether it could be made public. Stock and prices can be adjusted from the shelf afterwards.

  • A place added my creation to its shelf without talking to me first

    Places can now add the creations they have on hand to their shelf themselves. When a place you have handed copies to tidies up its shelf, you may receive a notice that the place added your creation to its stocked creations, without any prior exchange. The place is then listed under the creation's handling places. If you do not recognize it, you can remove the place from the creation's handling places. The place will be told, and the whole exchange stays in your Contact Note with that place in the order it happened. Creators cannot add their own creations to a place's shelf, so hand the copies to the place and let them add the creations, or reach out through "Contact".

  • Do I need the creator's approval to add their creations to my shelf?

    No. If you have the physical copies on hand, open "Add creations to the shelf" under your stocked creations, search by creator or creation name, and add them to the shelf right away. When you do, a note saying the creation was added to your stocked creations is written in your Contact Note with that creator, and the creator is told by email. If you add several creations on the same day, only the first notice is sent right away; the rest arrive together the next morning. If a creation turns out to be one the creator does not recognize, they can remove your place from its handling places, and you will be told when that happens. To approach a creator you have not worked with yet, use "Contact" as before.

  • For event registration, if the capacity is reached, will it be impossible to register?

    Yes. If a capacity limit is set, once that number is reached you will not be able to register. However, the capacity can be changed at any time, so if the venue has room you may increase it partway through. If you decrease the capacity, you can set it lower than the number of people who have already registered, but in that case those who have already registered will not be canceled — the event will simply remain full.
