APAZINE: Seven Years in Yokohama Apartment

A record of living for seven years in a curious share house in Yokohama called 'Yokohama Apartment' (nicknamed Apa).

Through the building I reconsidered what it means to coexist with people and the local community, and what 'living' means to me.

I asked other Apa residents how they use their rooms and what they recommend,

I asked many questions of the long-time 'Transparent Resident' who supports Apa,
organizing events at the share house,
life in the share house during the COVID-19 pandemic,
and I wrote these so I wouldn't forget the silly, enjoyable days I had.
