Yumemi Yuki's real-life experience of having changed jobs at more than 30 companies is presented as a true-account essay of about 13,000 characters. The author handled almost everything herself — writing, proofreading, cover design, etc. — with the exception of bookbinding.

From general office positions to jobs obtained through connections, and work unique to certain regions and times, it picks out interesting types of work that can be done without any particular qualifications. The book compiles reports of jobs actually experienced and summarizes tips for switching jobs.

From the second edition onward, a revised edition including readers' impressions and other feedback is planned.
