"Sensitivity" and "ambition" —
They seem like opposing qualities, but both certainly exist within me.
When my curiosity wants to run, something puts the brakes on,
when I stay still I soon feel restless,
and when I act I immediately pick up noise and get exhausted...

I used to think it was a truly troublesome temperament, but that contradiction is who I am, and I came to feel I could live while carrying that contradiction — that's the kind of story I wrote.

In particular,
for people who are fed up with their difficult temperament,
for those who actually want to express themselves more freely but feel scared,
I would be glad if this book could offer courage or encouragement.
