"Sensitivity" and "ambition" —
they may seem like opposing traits, but both certainly exist inside me.
When curiosity makes me want to move forward, something stops me;
when I stay still I quickly get restless;
when I do act, I immediately pick up noise and get exhausted again...

I used to think this temperament was truly troublesome, but
that very contradiction is who I am,
and I came to want to live while embracing that contradiction —
that's the kind of story I wrote.

In particular,
if you're fed up with your own difficult temperament,
if you actually want to express yourself more freely but feel afraid,
I'd be happy if this book could give you courage or encouragement.
