Instead of centering my life around my husband's betrayal, I re-narrated the nameless pain. I, who could neither be a victim nor a perpetrator, simply wished for recovery and wove my story as a 'living person' rather than a 'betrayed wife.'
The superficial love of high school days, the opacity of the world, the words of family, the disappointment in my own shallowness—these added distortions have gently changed the future.
'Speak even the pain that sits between black and white, without a fixed position.' Essays for the past and present, and fiction as 'hypotheses' for the future. The concentrated emotions were turned into poetry between each chapter.
