I was thinking there hasn't been a ZINE festival in Oita〜 and it turned into a plan to hold it as an "Adult Culture Festival"!
Application guidelines
We are looking for people engaged in activities such as the following:
・ZINEs, illustrations, photographs, and artworks
・Handmade items
・Food (items with no on-site cooking; if approved, submission of required documents such as a business license will be required)
・Fortune-telling, readings, and portrait sketches
・Hand massages, etc.
・Others who express their "likes" or particular passions
