Deleting your Zindies account

Delete your account

While signed in to Zindies, you can delete your account yourself from "Delete account" on the settings page. The steps are the same in the app and in a web browser.

Open settings to delete

You need to be signed in to open the settings page. If you can't sign in, please request deletion through the contact form below.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes the following data. This can't be undone.

• Account information (email address, name, language and other settings)
• Favorites, touch collection, saved selections
• Event participation and work reservations
• Conversations with creators and shops (contact notes)
• Notifications, sign-in credentials (passkeys, linked accounts), device notification registrations

Information we're required to retain by law is handled according to the "Retention period" section of our Privacy Policy.

If you manage a creator or a shop

If you manage a creator or shop page, please delete that page or hand it over to another manager before deleting your account. These pages are public, and they're also used as the destination of Zindies cards and as information for shop shelves and events. The settings page lists the pages you manage and links you to the right place.
