This is a photo-and-essay zine that takes the time spent beachcombing—picking up pottery shards and sea glass on the shore—as its entry point, and looks at the pre-rational feeling before the question "Why did I pick this up?".

The zine pieces together the process by which nameless fragments brought home from the sea settle into everyday life and quietly reflect one's sensibility.
