I support people who experience difficulties in daily life and work partly due to brain-related issues (mental disorders, developmental disorders, age-related cognitive decline, etc.) by organizing their living and workplace environments.
Certified Life Organizer Level 1 / Full member of JALO; member of ICD Japan.
In addition to how-to guidance on environmental adjustments and daily living, I write essays about what I’ve observed through my work.

My primary goal is to use a ZINE as an opportunity to introduce the profession of the "Life Organizer"—a professional who designs systems and environments to fit people.
I would also be happy to connect with people who want to collaborate in support activities.
